MRS. O'SULLIVAN died in the 67th year of her age, at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Doherty, on Monday, May 8th. Her funeral took place yesterday from St. Peter's Church. She was one of the oldest and most respected citizens of Jackson, and was followed to the grave by a large number of friends and sympathizers with her afflicted family.

According to the 1850 and 1860 federal censuses, she was a dressmaker and milliner. Her husband James O'Sullivan was a tailor.
