Billy and five other people were killed Sunday on a curve of U.S. 82 one mile east of Dundee when their vehicles met on a curve. The others killed were all members of the Seymour family. Billy was a veteran of World War II and a graduate of Texas Tech. He had resided in Lubbock until about three years ago when him and his family moved to Wichita Falls where he was a Shell distributor. He is survived by his wife, two sons, a daughter, and three brothers.
