MILDRED URITZA PETERS, 59, of Tampa died Tuesday in New York City. A native of Smithton, Pa., she moved to the area in 1956. She was Catholic. She is survived by two brothers, Steve and Edward, both of Tampa; and four sisters, Margaret Melvin of Hollywood, Doris of New York City, Hazel Grieshop of Lutz and Barbara of Tampa.
