Obituary for Gina Bosard
Regina “Gina” Ann Bosard, 70, of Evansville, passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at Hamilton Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, after a long illness. She was born June 11, 1946 to Helen and the late Eugene Voight.

Gina graduated from Anderson High School in 1964 and the first nursing class of the University of Evansville in 1968. She worked for Sweetser Clinic in Evansville and the Evansville Board of Health working with children, which she loved. Gina lived in Evansville until the age of 4 when her family moved to Anderson, IN. She returned to attend college and resided in Evansville for the remainder of her life. She married David Rex Bosard on August 16, 1969 and passed away on their 47th wedding anniversary. Gina loved her family and enjoyed photography, sewing, fashion, cross stitch, and traveling. She was a member of the Good Shepherd Assembly of God Church.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, David Bosard of Evansville; twin daughters, Krista Lynn Bosard Burkes (Morris) of Newburgh, IN and Trisha Ann Bosard Hudson (Charles) of Edmond, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Marcus Brackston Hudson (Hannah), Anna Marie Hudson, Abigail Janelyn Hudson, Alexa Lynn Wheeler, Gabrielle McKenzie Arbary; sister, Ginny Kingery (Tom) of Anderson, IN, mother, Helen Voight of Anderson, IN; nieces and nephews, Joseph Eugene Carney of Anderson, IN, Benjamin Miles Carney of Naples, FL, and Rebecca Haviza (Ryan) of Indianapolis, IN; also survived by numerous cousins and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 19, 2016 at The Good Shepherd Assembly of God Church, 4330 N. Burkhardt Rd., Evansville, IN.

The family would like to extend a huge special thank you to the staff of Hamilton Pointe, who was so kind and caring to Gina during her stay and for the skills of Heart to Heart Hospice, we appreciate you all for your care!
