D. C. Anderson Dies in Dallas
D. C. Anderson, 86, resident of Shackelford County many years, passed away at 10:30 Monday morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Edna Trees, in Dallas.
Funeral services were held in the First Methodist Church in Albany at 2:30 Wednesday afternoon, with the pastor, Rev. Robert Brown, and charles Prince, minister of the Church of Christ, officiating.
Burial was in the Albany Cemetery under direction of Godfrey Funeral Home.
Mr. and mrs. anderson lived in Albany and moran, where he was a stock farmer and dirt contractor. He resided a one time on the place on the Ibex road now owned by Judge I.M. Chism.
