Mrs. Hoffman was born Dec. 16, 1938, in Chicago. Her maiden name was O'Donnell. She married Tom in 1962, and they moved to Beaverton in 1967. She worked for Smith's Home Furnishings for five years. She was a member of the church.
Survivors include her husband; and sons, Steven of Tigard and Douglas of Omaha, Neb.
Private interment will be in St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery in Tigard. The family suggests remembrances to American Cancer Society, American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association. Arrangements are by Pegg, Paxson & Springer Chapel.
