Mr. Arthur Leo Fay, 78, of Riverton died at 4:15 p.m. Tuesday at his residence.
Mr. Fay was born Aug. 15, 1909, in Williamsville, the son of the late Thomas and Mary Elizabeth Fay.
He married Nina Lewis in 1935 in Springfield.
He was a resident of Riverton since 1950 and was formerly employed by St. James Sanitarium.
Preceding him in death were three brothers, Cecil T., James and Robert J.; and one sister, Margaret Ball.
Surviving are his wife, Nina L.; two sons, Gary L. of Marseilles and Dale E. of Riverton; three daughters, Mrs. James (Shirley) Goodall of Springfield, Mrs. James (Mary Louise) Lard of Urbana and Dianna S. Fay of Little Chute, Wis.; three sisters, Eva Smith and Elizabeth Fay, both of Springfield, and Edna Trees of Houston, Texas; 10 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Remains will be cremated.
Private family services will be conducted.
