Thomas (I think middle name was Walter) Cecil was married to Susie M. (Spalding) Cecil. I found her gravestone at St. Stephen's Cemetery. On Thomas's death certificate it states that he was buried in the same cemetery but there is no record of it on Find a Grave. He died May 27, 1920 and was born May 5, 1856.
