Mrs. Taylor, 82, 30-Year Local Resident, Dies
Mrs. Delaney B. Taylor, 82, of 220 Frontenac St., a long-time resident here, died at 9:10 a.m. today in the Olive Gardens Nursing Home after a long illness. A native of Arkansas, Mrs. Taylor had liven in Shreveport for 30 years.
She is survived by six sons, LC Taylor of Bellevue, Ike Taylor of Bossier City, WA Taylor of Atlanta TX, James Taylor and Searcy Taylor both of Shreveport, and FE Taylor of Norco; one daughter, Mrs. Etta Miller of Rodessa; and one sister, Mrs. Agnes Ramsey of Shreveport.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on October 2 at the First National Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Centuries Memorial Park.
