Mrs. Mary Evelyn “Moggie” Heltsley, age 93 of Sharon Grove, passed away 2:57 PM, Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at her residence of natural causes. Services for Mrs. Mary Evelyn will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 14, 2016 at Latham Funeral Home with Rev. Butch Hester and Rev. Richard Cheever officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Friday at Latham Funeral Home.
Mrs. Mary Evelyn was born May 27, 1923 in Todd County, KY the daughter of the late Nolan and Delia Tunstil Snead. She was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Sharon United Methodist Church where she served as Treasurer and Sunday School Teacher. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Heltsley in 1999.
Survivors include her daughter, Amy Latham Heltsley of Sharon Grove; 3 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren.
