Died of Tuberculosis
Mrs. Virgie Pasley, 39, wife of Homer Pasley, died at 8:30 Sunday Evening at the family
home, eight miles southwest of the city, following a 3 year illness. the body was
taken to the Flanigan, Reed, and Hull funeral home where funeral services will be
held at 2:30 Tuesday afternoon conducted by the Rev. John Handley. Burial will be
at Daugherty Cemetery. Mrs. Pasley was born in Switzerland County, but spent most
of her life around Columbus, IN. She is survived by her husband and two sons,
Donald and Dale Pasley; a daughter Berniece Pasley; two brothers, Dallas and Chester
Brown, both of whom are serving in the Navy, and four sisters. The casket will be open at
the funeral home until time of service.
