She was graduated from Incarnate Word Academy of Corpus Christi in 1958; She married Leander Joseph Bockholt in 1959 and had 3 daughters. The family moved to Houston in 1971. Noelie went to work with the Religious Education program at St. Jerome’s Catholic Church helping children and adults come to love the Lord the way she did. Leander and Noelie retired to Boerne in 2002 where she continued her involvement with her parish at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church.
Noelie is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Leander, and their 3 daughters: Therese (and Rob) Wilmoth, Leanne (and Eric) Manahan and Debbie (and Leslie) Keller; and five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. In her retirement, Noelie enjoyed being active in her church and quilting with her girlfriends. The light of her life was her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
