Funeral services were held on Thursday of last week at 2:00 p.m. in the Blume Funeral Home, Paris, with the Rev. James H. Welsh of the First Christian Church officiating. Burial was made in the Fairview Cemetery at Oakland.
Mrs. Babb was born September 25, 1883 in Oakland, a daughter of William Harvey and Mary Ann Cole Swinford. She was married to Bert Babb, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are a son, Darrell, Fort Wayne, IN; a brother Theodore Swinford, Paris.
Mrs. Babb was employed with the Colson Company at Paris for 14 years. She was a member of the Paris First Christian Church.
