He was born on November 29, 1954 in Chicago, IL, the son of Richard and Margaret (Cook) Howard. He enjoyed Harleys, RC cars and helicopters, electronics, legos and anything where he use his hands to build. Michael loved spending time with his friends, family and especially his granddaughters.
