Reference: Obituary - DARLOW, Donald James - Peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at the age of 77 with family at his side. Beloved husband and best friend of Janet of 55 years. Loving father of Carol Cordell and Susan Nadon (Steve). Cherished grandfather of Morgan Cordell and Brandon Nadon. Dear brother of Arthur (Jane), Henry (Cecile), Bernie (Caroline), David (Charlotte), Marilyn Kennedy (John), and predeceased by Howard (late Jackie) and three infant siblings. Son of the late Walter and late Maude Darlow. Also missed by many nieces and nephews. A private graveside service has taken place at West Korah Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Sault Area Hospital Foundation Renal Dialysis Care Fund would be greatly appreciated. Special thank you to Dr. Fratesi for his lifelong care, Dr. Bignell, Dr. Berry, Dr. Shafiee, Dr. Naigamwalla, Dr. Schamp, Dr. Mitchell, Dr. Aziz and the nurses and staff of the Renal clinic for their care and compassion. A light is from our household gone, a voice we loved is stilled, a place is vacant in our home, which never can be filled.
