She was born August 5, 2000, in Huntington, WV.
She was a sophomore at Fairland High School and was a member of Crown City Wesleyan Church.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, David Humphrey, Sr., maternal grandparents, Leon and Dorothy Earwood, sister, Jessica McDowell, and a special uncle Darrell Earwood.
Mykala is survived by her mother, Leona McDowell of Crown City, father, David (Vanessa) Humphrey of Crown City, brother, Josh McDowell, aunts, Michelle Humphrey and Betty, best friend Julie, and many other friends.
Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, September 11, 2016, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH., by Pastor Mark Leist. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio.
