ALICE D. PHILLIPS
Alice D. Phillips, 86, of 69 E. Orvis St., died Tuesday evening at her daughter's home in North Syracuse.
Mrs. Phillips was an elementary school teacher, beginning her career at a one-room schoolhouse in Cadyville and later moving to Massena, where she taught at Twin Rivers School, retiring in 1986.
Born April 24, 1920, in Cadyville, daughter of William and Rose McKillip Delaney, she graduated from Cadyville High School and Plattsburgh Normal School.
