MARCIAL, PHYLLIS ANN, 61, of Bay Harbor Islands, Florida passed away in her sleep on Tuesday August 9, 2016. She was born on September 20th, 1954 in Richmond Virginia. Phyllis is survived by her Mother, Helen Pierce, and her two brothers, Kirk and Bruce. Phyllis was an active member of the management team at The Surf Club in Surfside and most recently at La Gorce Country Club in Miami Beach. A Bay Harbor Islands resident for over 25 years, Phyllis also served as President of her condominium association. Phyllis will be affectionately remembered by many for her laughter, free spirit and love of life.
