William Kevin Pardue, 59, resident of 5B Battery Walk Court died September 16, 2016. Born in Las Vegas NV, December 28, 1956, he was a son of the late William Daniel and Frenell Rodgers Pardue. Mr. Pardue lived all over the world with some of his best memories in Vincenzia, Italy and finally making his home in Columbia since 1977. He earned an Associate's Degree in Business and his career was spent in insurance and retail sales. He was a diehard Gamecock, Vikings and Metts fan and enjoyed golf and bowling. In his later years he frequented Chicago, the mountains, the beach and packed his calendar with local events. Kevin was notorious for giving his family nicknames such as Memaw, Scumbag, Monkoids, Dink, Rug Rat, Boo Boo, and Squidsy. He gave the BEST support for his niece and nephews and he will always be our sweet and funny Doinks. Mr. Pardue was preceded in death by a brother, Dave Pardue. bSurviving are a niece, Crystal Pardue Nickel and husband, Jason of Blythewood; nephews, Terry Whigham and wife, Libby, Ryan Pardue and Daniel Pardue, all of Irmo; great-nephew, James Nickel; great-niece, Julia Whighman; girlfriend, Judy A. Delaney of Ballentine; and numerous cousins, the Hembree's and Rodgers's, of Greenwood and Columbia. Burial in Greenwood Memorial Gardens. Blyth Funeral Home.
