MSgt. Robert J. Fisher, USMC (retired), passed peacefully at his home in Audubon on September 20, 2016. Age 84.

Beloved husband of the late Geneva (nee Carina). Devoted father of Barbara A. Lightner (Hilary), Stephanie M. LaRatta (John), Michael F. Fisher, and Roberta J. Lanning (Kevin). Loving grandfather of Denny, Rachel, Nicole, Callie, Dominic, and Lucas. Dear great-grandfather of James and Carter. Cherished brother of James F. Fisher.

Robert was a member of the Marine Corps Counter Intelligence Association (M.C.C.I.A.), a life member of the Marine Corps League, and the American Legion. He also served as a 3rd Degree Knight for the Knights of Columbus, Santa Maria Council, Haddon Township. In his free time, Bob loved to read and watch College Football.

There will be a visitation from 9:30am to 11:30am on Friday morning at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Memorial Mass 12:30pm at St. Rose of Lima RC Church, Haddon Heights. Inurnment St. Joseph's Cemetery, Chews Landing.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bob's name to Toys for Tots by bringing an unwrapped toy with you to the services, or donating to 18251 Quantico Gateway Drive Triangle, VA 22172. Family and friends may share memories at www.GardnerFuneralHome.com.
