IN REMEBERANCE OF THE LATE

Deacon Henry Coleman

On June 7, 1986 at the Aberdeen -Monroe County Hospital at 10:20 in the warmth of the day, the Angel of Death called our beloved Deacon Henry Coleman.
He was born May 25, 1894 to the late Isaiah and Mattie Coleman in Monroe County.
He professed a hope in Christ at an early age and under the leadership of Rev. Robert Franklin and joined the Sulphur Springs M.B. Church where he served faithfully as a Deacon beginning in 1928 until death.
He was united in holy matrimony to the late Ira Bell O’Neal who proceeded him in death. To this union nine children were born. He later married Penny Beeks, who also proceeded in death.
He leaves to mourn his passing nine children: Woodrow Coleman; Henry Coleman, Jr. of Milwaukee, WI; Archie Lee Coleman; Odella Coleman; Eloise Taylor; Louise Willis; Nadine Profit; Christine Williams, all of Chicago, IL. William Coleman of Hamilton. One sister, Beatrice Boyd, one brother, Gilbert Coleman; one sister-in-law of Hamilton: five daughters-in-law; four sons-in-law; fifty-two grandchildren; a host of great-grand and great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
