Billy Clay Burns age 75 of Morristown passed away Monday, February 10, 2014 at his home. He was retired from GM in Michigan; preceded in death by his mother, Helen York; grandmother, Ida May Burns; step-fathers, Avery Gregory and Kelsee York; uncle, Junior Burns; aunt, Kathleen Burns; step-son, Franklin Leach; father-in-law, Ed Thayer; and grandmother-in-law, Mildred Wilson.
Survivors include his wife, Seanna Burns; sons, Edward L. Leach and Billy C. Burns, Jr.; daughters, Billie K. Burns, Sandra J. Burns, Marianne Mclanahan, and Tina Marie R.
