Elizabeth B. Hartman, age 95, passed away Saturday, October 1, 2016.
She was the daughter of Thomas and Mary (nee Loetsher) Barry.
Betty graduated from Joliet Township High School. She retired from St. Joseph Medical Center after 15 years of service from the surgical department.
She was a member of the Council of Catholic Women with the Cathedral of St. Raymond, the Ladies Auxiliary of the V.F.W. and she volunteered at the Rialto Square Theatre for 11 years.
Betty is survived by her children; Joan (Dennis) Heim, Alan (Terry) Hartman, Barry (Paula) Hartman and Louann (John) Owens; five grandchildren, Erin and Lindsey (Tom) Anderson and Eric and Megan (Matthew) Owens; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and two sisters.
