Felix was married to Estelle Helms. He is survived by two sons, three daughters. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren. Felix was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Rev. Guy Helms, Dewey Helms and Leland Helms, and one sister, Eloise H. Campbell.
