Born on April 13, 1935, in Starr, SC, she was the spouse of the late Willie E. Gentry and the last surviving member of her immediate family.
She is survived by her niece and caregiver Maxie Jennings Richardson; niece Patsy Jennings Dutton and nephew Charles Jennings and others.
In addition to her parents and spouse, she is predeceased by her children: Mark, Barry, Lisa and Dan, and her 9 siblings.
