Jessie Orlando Dedeaux, age 23, of Gulfport, MS, departed this life on earth on December 13, 2006 in Biloxi. He was born on September 9, 1983 to Deacon Jim Jeffery and Lula Dedeaux, Jr. in Gulfport, MS. He was a former employee of KFC. He was a member of the Mt. Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church of Long Beach, MS under the leadership of Pastor Robert L. Landor. He served faithfully in the choir, Sunday school and assisted the Usher Board when needed. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. His pride and joy was his daughter, Aonesty. Jessie was a courageous and outspoken man who loved music and his family.

Jessie was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Deacon Jessie James and Mable Ann Kelley; his grandfather, Deacon Jim Jeffery Dedeaux Sr.; his great-grandparent Dora Handy; his great-uncle, Clifford Roundtree; his great-aunt, Everlena Curtis; and a cousin, Bryan Kelley.

He leaves his legacy behind to his wife, Crystal Naomi Dedeaux of Biloxi; his daughter, Aonesty Sherelle Marie Dedeaux of Biloxi; three stepchildren: Anastasia Curtis, Serenity Rapp and Athuris Rapp of Ocean Springs; his parents: Jim and Lula Dedeaux of Gulfport, MS; his grandmother: Hortense Handy Dedeaux of Long Beach, MS; one brother: Johnathan James Dedeaux, Sr. of Gulfport; three sisters: Telina Marie Dedeaux, Mable Lachelle Dedeaux, and Jennifer Elaine Dedeaux, all of Gulfport; his godsisters, Niya Thomas of Gulfport, MS and Lawonda Powell of Henderson, NV; and a host of other relatives and friends.
