Frank was Operations Manager for Waste Management of Santa Cruz County. Retired in 1997. Moved with his wife Linda Carole to Fernley, Nevada in September 1999. He contracted Lung cancer and they moved back to San Jose, CA to be close to his children. He died with them at his side.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Carole, sons, Michael Francis, James Edward, Daniel Patrick and daughter Terry Jean. Grandchildren Christopher, Jessica, Stephen and Kelly. Stepsons Chris Kamalani and Dan Kamalani.
