Grace Irene Cook, age 91, died Saturday evening in a Montgomery County Hospital. She was a life-long resident of Spruce Run Community and a member of the Spruce Run Christian Church. She is survived by one brother, Phillip Z. Cook, Newport; one sister, Jessie C. Kessinger, Blacksburg, several nieces and nephews. Graveside services were Monday at the Cook Cemetery in Newport. Williams-Jamison-Kendall Funeral Home, Pembroke handled the arrangements.
