Gary McLin, 59, North U.S. 27, Somerset, died Sunday, February 1, 2004 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
He was born September 29, 1944 in the Nancy community, son of the late Lucian and Lorene Pyles McLin. He was a construction worker with Wilson and Roy of Nancy, and a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church No. 2 in Nancy.
Survivors include two sons, Chris McLin, Nancy and Derrick McLin, Somerset; a brother, Jerry (and Sharlene) McLin, Nancy; a sister, Dana (and Roy) Roberts, Nancy; and a grandchild, Paige McLin.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Verl and Donald McLin; and two sisters, Betty Blau and Patricia McLin.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 4, at the chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home, with Bros. Murrell Crockett and Larry Harris officiating.
Burial will be in Piney Grove Cemetery No. 2, Nancy.
Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
