However the California Death Index, 1940-1997, indicates that Allie Chaffee's mother's maiden name was GILLESPIE.
Allie married Ora Dwane Chaffee Feb 11 or Feb 17, 1890.

I don't know what became of John Alfrey, Jane Robinson or William H. Robinson.
