Herbert Addington, of Kingsport, TN was 86 years of age when he passed away, at Holston Manor in Kingsport. Known as "Cadillac Man" to many, he retired from Jack Daniels Texaco and was a former employee of Duffer & Taylor Texaco both in Kingsport. He was of the Baptist faith and was a veteran of World War II. He loved to buy and sell at area flea markets.
He was preceded in death by his wife: Mary Hazel Addington; his parents: J. F. and Pearl Wampler Addington; one sister: Arletta Broadwater; four brothers: Sylvain, T. J., H. S. and Paul R. Addington. Interment at Philippi Cemetery. Steven Addington will officiate.
