MARGUERITE BENNETT, beloved wife and mother of two. She is survived by her daughter, Cydenie Marguerite, of Dallas, Texas.
Marguerite was a very gifted artist and painter. She was also an avid and skilled golfer, and was a member of Lakewood Country Club in Dallas, Texas, and Harlingen Country Club, Harlingen, Texas. She was an active member of First Presbyterian Church of Harlingen, and previously attended Saint Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Dallas for many years, as she chose to raise her children Catholic.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George DeWitt Bennett. Her son, Charles W. "Chuck" Crowley, died in September 2011.
