AADSON, Kevin Scott, Jr., 19, a resident of Prattville, AL, died on Sunday, September 16, 2001 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, AL. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, Sept 18, 2001 at 4pm from the Chapel of East Memorial Baptist Church with Reverend Glenn Graham and Reverend Roger Parks officiating. Burial will follow at Prattville Memory Gardens with Prattville Memorial Chapel directing.
Scott was employed by the Prattville Fire Department and attended Fire Fighters School in Dothan, AL.
Survivors include his parents, Kevin and Pam Aadson; brother, Troy Derek Aadson, all of Prattville, AL; paternal grandparents, Roy and Bobbie Aadson of Prattville, AL; maternal grandparents, Wanda Smith, Autaugaville, AL and Harold Kelley, Wetumpka, AL and aunts and uncles, James and Sandy Kelley, Elmore, AL, Jason and Jennifer Smith, Prattville, AL and Jackie McCullough, Millbrook, AL.
Pallbearers will be Prattville Fire Department, Dothan Fire Department and Elmore Fire Department. Honorary Pallbearers will be Chad Underwood and Rusty Murphy. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Score International, P. O. Box 5385 Fort Oglethorphe, GA, 30742.

The Rev. Roger Parks said Aadson's life may have been short, but it was a full life. "Scott did more to please the Lord in his 19 years than some people with 80 or 60 years," Parks said. "I remember his gigantic smile the most. I remember his passion for life, the games he played, the outdoors he loved. I remember his passion for serving people and his passion for Jesus Christ."
