Bib worked for Formosa Plastics and enjoyed fishing and hunting.
He is survived by his daughters, Krystyna Boleslawski, of Wilmington, DE, Alexandria Boleslawski, of Atlanta, GA, and their mother, Madeleine, of Arizona; his brother, Bill and his wife, Linda, of New Castle; his nephew, Robert, of Dover, DE; and many members of his extended family.
Family and friends are invited to visit at 10:00am on Monday, October 31, 2016 at the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Road, Wilmington, DE 19808, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00am. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery.
