Charlotte Jean Curtis, age 87, of China Twp., died peacefully in her home, with family at her side, October 13, 2016. She was born in Marine City, Michigan, November 3, 1928 to the late Joseph and Myrtle Anna Thompson Lumley.

Charlotte married her loving husband of 69 years, Donald Curtis, on September 6, 1947. Charlotte leaves her dear husband Donald, her daughter Jean Ann and her husband Ron Raymo and family. She lost her daughter Linda Joy and her husband Thomas McKinney but is survived by Linda's family. Mourning the loss of their sister is Myrtle Smith, Joyce Shovan and Roy Lumley, and sisters in law Mary Walczak and Patricia Curtis.

Donald and Charlotte have been lifelong member of the First Congregational Church, St. Clair. Charlotte enjoyed enduring friendships of Priscilla Circle.

A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday October 25th at 11:00 a.m. at the First Congregational Church, St. Clair. Urn interment will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. The family will receive visitors Tuesday prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.

A special thank you for the care received by Visiting Nurse Association and Blue Water Hospice. Memorials may be made to the First Congregational Church.
