Services for Mary Lee May, 56, of Bloomington, who died Thursday at Bloomington Hospital, will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Day Mortuary with the Rev. Ross Marrs officiating. Burial will be in Clover Hill Cemetery in Harrodsburg.
Born June 4, 1930, in South Bend, she was the daughter of Shoff and Gladys (Ragan) Walcott. She was a member of the Cinderella Home Extension Club, Esther Circle of the United Methodist Women and First United Methodist Church. She was a self-employed custom drapery seamstress.
Survivors include her husband, William F. May; her father, Shoff Walcott of Bloomington; four daughters, Betty Dodge and Susie DeCamp, both of Bloomington, Sally Cuffe of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Cathy Hockney of Vestal, N.Y.; five sisters, Marie Abram and Linda Thompson, both of Ellettsville, Irene Walker of Bloomington, June Bingham of Leesburg, Fla., and Margaret Griego of Los Angeles, Calif.; three brothers, Jack Walcott, Rex Walcott and Frank Walcott, all of Ellettsville, and four grandchildren.*
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Friends may call 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
