Mary Frances "Fanny" Izlar, LDS ID L5PR-DJ7, was the daughter of Frances Mary Ann "Fannie" Lovell (1839-1902) and James Ferdinand Izlar (1832-1912).

She married first about 1890 George Swinton Legaré, L1X2-VM3, #6914968. He was born November 11, 1869; died January 31, 1913; buried at Magnolia Cemetery, Charleston, Charleston Co., SC.

George was a US Congressman. He was elected to represent South Carolina's First District in the US House of Representatives and served from 1903 to his death in 1913.

She married second June 15, 1918, Walter Bernard Logan, #58018238, son of Theresa Susannah Scott, #58018240 (b. Kingstree, SC, 1838, d. 1921), and Col. Richard Columbus Logan, #58018239 (b. Sumter, SC, 1832, d. 1904).

Walter was born in Kingstree, SC, March 9, 1871; died in Charleston, Charleston Co., SC, October 23, 1926; buried at Williamsburg Presbyterian Cemetery, Kingstree, Williamsburg Co., SC.
