From this union, two sons and one daughter were born: Joseph William Terman, Howard Duane Terman, and Martha Ann Terman (who died in infancy). Harvey worked in sales his entire career, including Jewel Tea Company in Muncie and Bloomington, Indiana. He completed his career as a real estate broker in Bloomington, Indiana.
