Sarah was the second wife of Lewis Clancy. Lewis and Sarah had two children: Rebecca b.1836 and James b. 1838. Sarah died sometime between 1838 and 1840 when Lewis, his third wife, and all the children migrated to Clark County Kentucky.

Actual burial location is unknown. There are no Clancy’s interred at the MONONGAHELA CEMETERY. They started burials in May of 1863. There are people who were removed from smaller cemeteries and interred there after they opened but no Clancy’s are listed there.
