McKnight—Mrs. Cora E. McKnight, 89, widow of Dr. George C. McKnight, died at the Hiawatha Community hospital at 6:30 Thursday evening, February 18, 1960, following a critical illness of several days. Mrs. McKnight had been an invalid for the past 35 years. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Franklin H. (Elda M.) Geiler of Tulsa, Okla., a granddaughter, Mrs. Jean C. Choguard of Menlo Park, Calif.; and three great grandchildren.
A native Brown countian she was the daughter of Mr. Mrs. William Knabb. Mrs. McKnight was born in the Robinson community and lived all her life in Brown county. Funeral services will be held at First Presbyterian church Saturday afternoon, February 20, at 2 o'clock. Interment will be at the Hiawatha cemetery.
