Jillian grew up and attended school in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. She attended college at East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma. She was an apartment manager for Green Companies Development. Jillian received awards for site Manager of the Year from Green Companies Development and also for rural development for the state of Oklahoma. In her spare time she enjoyed reading, cooking, quilting, and decorating. She especially loved Christmas and cooking breakfast for her children. The highlights of her life were her sons and family.
