July 15, 1938 ~ October 22, 2016 (age 78) Ada Lee Blair Chafin, 78, of Mayking formerly of Wheelwright passed away Saturday, October 22, 2016 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky. Ada was the daughter of the late Earl Jack and Ruby Craft Blair. She was the widow of David Chafin. Surviving is 3 sons: Keith Chafin of Mayking, Jody Chafin and wife Derena of Pikeville, and Steve Earl Chafin and wife Angela L. Howard of Mayking; 1 brother: Billy Earl Blair of Mayking; 1 sister: Donna Carol Hall and husband Major Red Hall of River Rouge, Michigan; 5 grandchildren: Martin David Chafin, Joshua Tyler Chafin, Kasey Chafin, Whitney Blair Chafin, and Haley Layne Chafin. Ada was preceded in death by 1 brother: John David Blair.
