Miss Bettie Frank Vimont, aged eighty-three, died suddenly at her home on Main street, in Millersburg about 4:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon. Miss Vimont had been ill but a short time, but had been able to be up and about her room. She was alone in her room at the time of her death. Hearing a noise in the room Mr. and Mrs. M. D. Hurst, who resided in the home with her, went in and found Miss Vimont lying unconscious on the floor. A physician was summoned, but she expired before he arrived. Miss Vimont was a native of Robertson county, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Vimont. With her parents she came to Millersburg in 1869, and had resided there since. She was the last member of a large family, all of whom preceded her to the grave many years ago. Funeral arrangements have not been completed.
