RESIDENT OF AREA DEAD AT AGE OF 80

Mrs. Adela E. Druecke, 80, of 361 N. Main St., Juneau, died Wednesday morning at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Beaver Dam, following an illness of two weeks.

Mrs. Druecke was born Feb. 3, 1890 in the Town of Clyman, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Sell. She married Rudolph Druecke Jan. 14, 1909 in Milwaukee.

Mrs. Druecke is survived by two sons, LeRoy Druecke and Russell Druecke, both of Juneau; two daughters, Mrs. Harold Lepien of Hartford and Mrs. Carro Schumacher, Juneau; two brothers, Hilbert Sell of Beaver Dam and Elmer Sell, Watertown; 16 grandchildren and 16 great0grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband and one daughter, Ada both in 1963.

Mrs. Druecke lived in the Juneau area her entire life, residing on the farm in the Town of Oak Grove until September 1967 when she moved to Juneau.

She was a member of St. Peter’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Oak Grove, where funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday. Pastor Leonard Pankow will officiate. Burial will be in Juneau City Cemetery.
Friends may call at Berndt Funeral Home, Juneau, from 6 p.m. Friday until 10 a.m. Saturday and from noon until the hour of services Saturday at the church.
