Mary Anita Pike Patterson Brown, age 90, of Payneville, KY, passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2016. She was a member of St. John the Apostle Catholic Church; and formerly taught at Sirocco School for many years.

Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Anthony and Bernadette Ray Pike; her first husband, Jack Patterson, her second husband, Raymond Brown; her son, Glenn Patterson; her daughter-in-law, Beverly Patterson; her grandson, Jason Noble; and two brothers, Aloysius and Lawrence Pike. She is survived by five children, Rodney (Jeree) Patterson, Karin Patterson, Phillip (Dot) Patterson, Brian Patterson, Benita (Chris) Head; 6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; four siblings, Teresa, Elizabeth, Bernadine and John.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:30 PM Saturday, at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, with Rev. Kevin Bryan officiating. Burial will follow in St. George Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Hager Funeral Home from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Saturday. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the St. John Narthex Fund.
