Miss Mamie Alexander McMillan , 53 , died at her home Friday morning in Blackshear .
She is one of the old settlers of Pierce County and a daughter of the late Captain Alexander McMillan , a Confederate Veteran and Mary.
She is survived by a brother:
Harry V. McMillan of Blackshear
two neices:
Dr. Mary Kate Hires of Patterson
Mrs. Cecil Johnson of Blackshear
two nephews:
H. E. Carraway
Robert McMillan of Blackshear.
Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 11 o'clock at the home of H. V. McMillan in Blackshear by the Rev. A. L. Johnson and the Rev. W. C. Bryant following burial into Blackshear Cemetery.
E. L. Darling and Sons of Blackshear will be charged in the arrangements.
