Isabelle A. English, 97, a resident of Arlington and Poughkeepsie passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 15, 2011, at the Pines of Poughkeepsie. She was born in Manhattan, NY on July 16, 1913. She was the daughter of the late Camillo and Matilda Olcese Olivetto. On July 24, 1954 in Sharon, CT., she married Max Leroy English. She was a member of St. Stanislaus Church in Pleasant Valley and Church of the Holy Trinity in Poughkeepsie. Isabelle is survived by her beloved husband Max. Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 19, 2011 from 5 to 7 pm at Parmele Auchmoody & Schoonmaker Funeral Home, 110 Fulton Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, 10 am on June 20, 2011 at Church of the Holy Trinity, 775 Main St., Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. Interment will follow in St. Peters Cemetery.
