Patricia (Nadeau) Albert, 81, passed away November 16, 2016, surrounded by her two loving children at EMMC. She was born in St. Francis, Maine, December 23, 1934, the daughter of Patrick and Essie (Pelletier) Nadeau.

Patricia graduated from the Fort Kent Community High School and the University of Maine at Fort Kent. She taught in St. Francis Schools for nearly 40 years and touched a lot of hearts and minds of many of her students. Her dedication to her students brought about friendships which left her with pride in enriching not only their minds but their hearts.

Patricia married Harold "Babe" Albert, who cherished his loving wife for 60 years. Together they raised two beautiful children; Joni and Jim. She was an avid reader and enjoyed spending six months in her home in St. Francis and six months at her camp along the calm shore and peaceful brook in Eagle Lake. Patricia loved to do for other people and was also known for her great generosity.

She is survived by her devoted husband; Babe, her daughter; Joni and husband Eric Daigle of Soldier Pond; her son Jim Albert and friend Patty O'Leary of CT, and her ex-daughter -in-law Cathy Albert. "Mommy Pat" will be greatly missed by her treasured grandchildren; Stephanie and husband Danny; Pat-rick, Melissa and husband Isaiah, Rochelle and Jacob; her sister Gene and husband Hubert Perreault; her brothers Valeric (Gag) and Becky Nadeau, Ronald and Lorraine Nadeau, Vernal and Pauline Nadeau, one sister-in-law Theresa Albert Wyman and beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her sister and brother-in-law Dawn and Alphie Clavette; godchild Bob Perreault and nephew J.R. Boucher.

At her request there will be no calling hours. Funeral services will be held Friday, 11 a.m., November 25, 2016, at St. Charles Catholic Church in St. Francis. Graveside prayers will follow in the St. Francis Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to National Kidney Foundation, 470 Forest Avenue, Suite 302, Portland, ME 04101, Envelopes will be available at the Church, Services are in the care of Daigle Funeral Home, Fort Kent.
