Our Beloved Lucy L. Mendoza, age 82, of Austin, Texas, was called by our Heavenly Father on Thursday, November 24, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Julia Guzman Aros and her daughter, Terri Mendoza Portillo.
She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Zeferino L. Mendoza; her daughters, Christine Mendoza Salinas and husband, Joe, and Bekki Mendoza Torres and husband, Rey; 10 grandchildren, Joe Salinas, Jerald James Salinas and fiancé, Marc, Erik Salinas, Brandon Salinas and Elly, Luis Torres, P.J. Romero, Angel Martinez, Michael Martinez Torres, Phillip Portillo, and Aimee Portillo; four great-grandchildren, Adelina Salinas, Eusebio Salinas, Gracie Salinas, and Mateo Salinas; other loving family and friends.
Visitation with Recitation of Holy Rosary will be at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas. The Funeral Service will be at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
