Hazel Suits Burtron, 84, of 500 N. Gentry St., died at 10:30 a.m. yesterday at Clinton County Hospital.
She was born May 30, 1889, in Ambia. She was married to Alvin Burtron Sept. 13, 1908, and he died Jan. 10, 1956.
Mrs. Burtron had lived in Frankfort for 35 years. She was a former employe of Allison Corp. and was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a son, Alvin A. Jr. of Tacoma. Wash.; a daughter Mary Mathews of Kendallville; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow at Frye Funeral HOme with Rev. Ted Osgood officiating. Burial will be in Boswell Cemetery. Friends may call after 7 p.m. today.
